Position: Travel Manager
Location: UK-based (with occasional travel across Europe)

Role Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Travel Manager to lead the planning and execution of our tour operations across the UK and Europe. In this pivotal role, you will oversee supplier relationships, ensure service quality, and manage the day-to-day logistics for our growing portfolio of tour products. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success across the Trip2EU network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tour operations for UK day trips and multi-country European coach tours.
- Coordinate bookings with local suppliers, including hotels, coach operators, and tourist attractions.
- Ensure all services meet Trip2EU and Ctrip quality standards and brand expectations.
- Troubleshoot real-time issues during operations, including last-minute changes or disruptions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance travel products and manage customer feedback.
- Control and optimise operational budgets while maintaining service excellence.
- Recruit, train, and supervise tour guides, assistants, and other ground support staff.
- Monitor key metrics such as tour occupancy, customer ratings, and operational performance.
- Provide reports and recommendations to support data-driven decisions and strategic growth.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in travel operations, inbound tourism, or tour management (international or European travel preferred).
- A strong professional network and practical understanding of the UK and European tourism supply chain.
- Proven organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and teams across different locations.
- Familiarity with European travel regulations, visa requirements, and insurance policies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for site inspections, supplier meetings, and operational support.
- Legal right to work in the UK or eligibility for UK work visa sponsorship.
