We specialise in UK domestic tourism and Ctrip’s extensive pan-European hop-on hop-off coach network, which spans 27 countries including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Role Overview
We are looking for driven and outgoing Sales Executives to join our expanding UK team. You will play a key role in promoting our travel products, building relationships with customers and community partners, and driving sales across both B2C and B2B channels—particularly within Chinese-speaking communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell UK day tours and Europe-wide coach travel packages (Trip2EU) to individual and group customers.
- Conduct on-the-ground sales and promotional activities in high-traffic Chinese hubs such as Chinatowns, university campuses, and business districts.
- Engage and convert leads via WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, and other digital platforms.
- Build lasting relationships with Chinese-speaking customers, community groups, and influencers.
- Follow up with prospects, close sales, and provide outstanding post-sale service to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align field activity with national campaigns.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to inform product and campaign development.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, ideally in travel, hospitality, or retail.
- Familiar with Chinese digital ecosystems (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin).
- Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally and participate in offline promotions.
- Legal right to work in the UK, or eligibility for UK work visa sponsorship.
