Applications Developer
Location: Hybrid (Office and Remote)
Company: LCP Delta
LCP Delta is looking for an Applications Developer to join our growing development team as we expand into new sectors and create innovative solutions for our clients. As part of our mission to enable the energy transition, we work with vast datasets to help key decision-makers understand energy market trends and provide valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client-facing applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with non-technical users to understand business needs, identify problems, and offer timely solutions.
Stay up-to-date with software development trends, tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in C# programming.
- Experience with Visual Studio and the Microsoft (.NET) technical stack.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Logical, clear-thinking approach to problem-solving with concrete examples of previous work.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
- Experience working with databases, especially Azure CosmosDB.
- Knowledge of front-end web languages, particularly Vue JS and TypeScript.
- A passion for providing an excellent user experience and eagerness to learn new skills.
- A degree in a numerical or computer-related field, though other backgrounds will also be considered.
