About the Role
The University of Wales Trinity Saint David is building a new, multi-disciplinary team focused on the delivery and continuous enhancement of digital content across our main external website and staff intranet.
As Content Designer (Web), you will play a pivotal role in shaping content that is engaging, accessible, and user-focused. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team of specialists to design intuitive digital experiences that help our users—prospective students, external partners, and internal colleagues—find the information they need and accomplish their goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and evaluate content for digital platforms including the University website and intranet
- Use evidence-based research to design content that aligns with user needs and behaviours
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members such as UX Researchers, SEO Officers, and Content Editors
- Work alongside Digital Services teams to ensure successful delivery of new content and digital products
- Support the University’s broader strategic marketing goals by aligning content with institutional priorities
You’ll be joining a wider Marketing department that includes social media, advertising, and content marketing teams.
About You
We’re looking for someone with experience in digital content design who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be confident applying user research, accessibility best practices, and content strategy principles to produce impactful digital experiences.
