About the Opportunity

We are proud to be hiring for a Restaurant Manager position on behalf of an elegant, fine-dining Asian restaurant located in the heart of Edinburgh. Known for its warm hospitality and authentic flavours, this restaurant is a haven for lovers of traditional Asian cuisine. Every dish is made fresh to order using high-quality ingredients, all served in a calm, stylish setting.

The Role:

  • Position: Restaurant Manager
  • Location: Edinburgh
  • Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 gross OTE
  • Schedule: 48 hours/week over 5 days

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll handle a mix of administrative, leadership, and customer service responsibilities. Your primary focus will be to deliver an exceptional dining experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a positive team environment.

Who We’re Looking For

To be considered, you should have:

  • Legal right to work in the UK (or eligibility for visa sponsorship)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety and HACCP protocols
  • Strong leadership and multitasking skills
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to commute within 1 hour of Edinburgh

  • A detail-oriented, driven, and performance-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity, energy, and passion for hospitality
  • A degree in hospitality/business (preferred)
  • A personal alcohol licence (desirable)
  • Good health and stamina
  • Comfort using hospitality and sales tech platforms
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
