Salary Package: Circa £32,000 OTE (includes service charge share + performance bonus)
Hours: 48 hours per week | 5-day rota

This is a fantastic career opportunity for a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join an upscale fine dining establishment in Edinburgh, known for delivering premium service and exquisite cuisine.
Your Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front of house, supporting senior leadership in achieving business objectives. Your focus will be on delivering a polished guest experience, managing administrative functions, mentoring staff, and maintaining top-tier service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily FOH operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards
- Support team performance, training, and motivation
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Contribute to business targets, planning, and guest satisfaction initiatives
Essential Criteria
To be considered, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, plus 3 years of progressive career development in hospitality
- Professional training from a recognised hospitality institute
- Personal Alcohol Licence holder
- Health & Safety qualifications, including HACCP awareness
- Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking abilities
- Able to commute within a 1-hour radius of the restaurant
