About the Role

Are you a passionate and creative mixologist ready to take your career to the next level? This is a unique opportunity to step into a Bar Manager position with an elite hospitality brand in Cambridge. You will oversee bar operations in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant environment, combining administrative, leadership, and hands-on responsibilities to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the bar, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver premium service
• Design and implement innovative cocktail menus using advanced mixology techniques
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations (incl. HACCP protocols)
• Maintain inventory and control costs effectively
• Collaborate with senior management to meet business goals and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

Essential Criteria:

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Bar Manager (plus at least 5 years in progressive bar roles)
• Advanced knowledge of mixology, flavour profiles, and cocktail trends
• Industrial training at a renowned institution (e.g., Taj, Oberoi, ITC or similar)
• Valid Personal Alcohol Licence
• Relevant health and safety certifications
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and leadership abilities
• Residing within a commutable distance (within one hour)
