What You’ll Be Doing
As a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) in our Eating Disorder service, you will provide high-quality care to young adults (18-25 years old) while supporting your colleagues and encouraging positive teamwork. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing compassionate, effective, and high-quality nursing care to service users
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans
Offering mentorship and support to junior team members
Observing, recording, and reporting changes in service users’ conditions, while maintaining accurate care records
Skills and Knowledge You Will Have
A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
Strong team-working abilities and a positive, flexible attitude
High levels of self-motivation and a natural caring, compassionate nature
A commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care

Location: Little Ashfield, Midhurst, West Sussex, GU29 9JP
At Middlewood Clinic, we provide care and treatment to men and women with eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and atypical eating disorders. Our approach is centered on restoring healthy body weight while addressing underlying psychological issues.
The multidisciplinary team (MDT) at Middlewood Clinic consists of a Registered Manager, Consultant Psychiatrist, Nurses, Healthcare Workers, Psychologists, Dietitians, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers. Our clinic boasts 12 comfortable en-suite bedrooms and a variety of communal and recreational spaces, including lounge areas, a dining room, therapy rooms, a therapy kitchen, and a beautiful garden.
What You Will Get
Annual salary of up to £38,700 (inclusive of a £1,200 location allowance)
