About the Role:

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests and customers, checking them in, and making reservation adjustments as needed. You’ll also perform security checks, undertake basic cleaning and laundry duties, and ensure a smooth handover to the morning team. Confidence in handling cash and credit transactions is essential, along with the ability to manage cash reconciliation. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting and conference rooms to meet required standards. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional service, and we believe our people are key to our success.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hotel environment, a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong command of the English language. Knowledge of Opera (hotel management software) is a plus.
