Position: Jewellery Sales Associate
Employer: Niche Jewellers
Gross Annual Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 (depending on role and experience)
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
Working Hours: Up to 37/45 hours per week, within a 5-day working week

Role Overview:
As a Jewellery Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding level of customer service and maintaining a beautifully presented store. Your duties will include managing client orders, repairs, and stock, as well as multitasking across multiple projects. Additionally, you will:
Coordinate with our e-commerce team to integrate online and in-store experiences seamlessly
Utilize strong sales acumen to meet targets and drive business growth
Oversee and manage bespoke orders, including setting timelines and managing resources
Ensure health and safety measures and security are adhered to
Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff, where applicable
Manage and solve challenges, ensuring projects meet all objectives and deadlines
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
Proven leadership and project management experience
Expertise in maintaining high-quality standards with cutting-edge tools and materials
Familiarity with luxury brands, project coordination, and technology management
Experience in appointing and managing subcontractors
