This is a unique opportunity to join our growing team of Apprenticeship Tutors, where you’ll make a meaningful impact on professional learners and their employers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for apprentices and their employers.
  • Monitor progress, identify development needs, and support skill-building.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual review meetings.
  • Provide pastoral care to keep apprentices engaged and on track.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with Ofsted, ESFA, EPAO, and university compliance standards.

About You

We’re looking for creative and committed professionals with:

  • Leadership and management experience (any sector).
  • A background in mentoring, coaching, or pastoral support.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of safeguarding, Prevent Duty, and British Values.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Level 6 qualification in management or leadership.
  • Experience in coaching, assessing, teaching, or vocational training.
  • Familiarity with apprenticeship standards and frameworks.
