Leeds University Business School (LUBS) is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Executive Education team—a vital role focused on nurturing existing relationships and helping organisations achieve their learning and development goals through bespoke, high-quality programmes.

About the Role

This is more than just a sales role—it’s about being a strategic partner. Using a consultative sales approach, you’ll engage with clients to deeply understand their organisational needs, design impactful learning solutions, and ensure successful programme delivery.

You’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders, including business leaders, academic experts, and internal teams, to transform client objectives into innovative, customised executive learning programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Work closely with prospective and current clients to assess needs and shape learning solutions
  • Collaborate with academic colleagues to translate client needs into compelling programme designs and proposals
  • Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business through proactive relationship management
  • Coordinate internally to deliver high-quality, impactful executive education experiences

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in consultative sales, client management, or business development
  • An understanding of organisational learning and development priorities
  • Ability to liaise effectively with both academic and professional stakeholders
  • A results-driven mindset with a client-first approach

Salary and Visa Information

This role is offered at Grade 7, and may be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. First-time applicants may need to meet specific salary thresholds or qualify for concessions.
