- Salary: £31,650 – £40,439 (M1 – M5)

- Be a qualified teacher or possess an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Consistently deliver outstanding lessons across relevant key stages.
- Support learners from key groups, including pupil premium, looked-after children, SEND, and high-achieving students.
- Be an excellent communicator who can embrace change, inspire colleagues, and build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Recognize and support extracurricular opportunities that enhance students’ learning and experiences.
- Take ownership of your professional development and help support the growth of others.
- Demonstrate competence in all elements of the Teachers’ Standards and make significant contributions as an Upper Pay Scale teacher.
