JOB SUMMARY

Holt Executive is now collaborating with a global leader in space and satellite sustainability, a vibrant and rapidly rising technology developer who is making enormously good contributions to the growing challenge of orbital space trash.

They need a Product Assurance Manager to oversee all areas of spacecraft assurance, including suppliers and subsystems, spacecraft integration, and ground segment assurance.

Responsibilities for Product Assurance Manager:

– Manage product and quality assurance efforts within project teams.

– Communicate with customers’ PAs and QA reps.

– Support supplier and subcontractor-related PA and QA operations, such as assessing supplier methods, policies, and processes, leading audits, and supporting continuing supplier management activities.

– Compare materials, parts, and procedures to PA and technical specifications.

– Create Product Assurance documentation for projects and execute assurance plans as needed.

– Monitor manufacturing and testing activities and provide feedback as needed.

Skills and Experience Required for the Product Assurance Manager:

– Capability to lead functional groups with regard to associated assurance requirements.

– Organisational and time management skills

– Ability to adjust to changes in plans and timetables.

– Outstanding technical English written/verbal communication and presentation abilities

– 5 years of experience in Product Assurance and/or Quality Assurance, ideally in the space or aerospace sectors
