Role Overview
This position sits within the Professional Services team and is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the institute. The Operations Officer will take ownership of administrative systems, coordinate key processes, and support both academic and operational delivery.
You will act as a key point of contact for operational matters, resolving complex queries and working collaboratively with internal teams and central services to maintain efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and continuously improve operational processes to ensure effective service delivery
Manage and resolve escalated administrative and operational issues
Coordinate and support the delivery of short courses, CPD programmes, and internal events
Monitor systems and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across departments
Support multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Significant experience in administrative or operational roles within a complex organisation
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience managing events or training programmes
The ability to prioritise tasks and work across multiple projects efficiently
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Visa and Eligibility
This role is eligible for sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker route or Global Talent visa, subject to meeting the relevant criteria.
