About the Role
The University of Warwick is seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Manager to join our Education team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Warwick Transformation Programme, supporting key projects that will shape the future of our academic and operational landscape.
As Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the Education Leadership Team, departmental stakeholders, and colleagues across Professional Services. Your remit will include driving the implementation of new ways of working, leading projects such as re-evaluating the structure of the Warwick Academic Year and establishing a new operating model within the Education Group.
You will play a pivotal role in challenging existing practices, identifying practical solutions, and negotiating what successful delivery looks like in a complex and evolving environment.

About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Skilled project managers with experience delivering complex change initiatives
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and leading teams towards successful outcomes
- Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with overseeing and coordinating the work of others
- Either experienced in Higher Education or have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics within a university setting
