Join our Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions (OIDS) team within Engineering, AI, and Data. We’re a trusted partner to some of the world’s largest and most successful organisations. As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will help these businesses achieve their core goals: improving services, enhancing financial performance, speeding up time to market, and delivering continuous innovation. OIDS is part of Deloitte UK’s Technology and Transformation service line, which keeps us at the forefront of technology-driven improvements.
You’ll work alongside diverse teams to drive transformation for clients across various sectors, including public sector bodies, financial institutions, and leading private companies. In OIDS, we combine industry expertise with cutting-edge technology to advise clients on how to drive growth, improve operations, and reduce costs. You will support clients in designing and implementing major transformation programmes that address their most pressing challenges through workshops, data collection, and solution-driven analysis.
Skills and Academic Qualifications Required:
A 2:1 degree or higher in any discipline, with graduation by September 2025.
At least 104 UCAS points (260 points pre-2017) from your top three A-levels (or equivalent).
A minimum of Grade 4 (C) in English Language and Grade 6 (B) in Maths at GCSE (or equivalent).
What Will You Do?
Operations Transformation
In this role, you’ll contribute to:
Developing operational and digital strategies for clients.
Reimagining operational processes and methods of working.
Designing and delivering both operational and digital solutions for complex challenges.
Implementing innovative new technologies to improve client systems.
Analyzing market trends and staying ahead of industry disruptions.
Industry Solutions
As part of the Industry Solutions team, you’ll be:
Working on projects across various sectors, including Financial Services.
Leading large-scale technology implementations from strategic design to execution.
Developing innovative ways for clients to engage with their customers.
Gaining industry-specific training and certifications, while helping clients transition to new technologies.
