About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing & Communications Manager (Student Recruitment) to join the College of Medical, Veterinary & Life Sciences at the University of Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and driving undergraduate student recruitment strategy in one of the UK’s leading research-intensive universities.

In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of marketing and communications activity focused on undergraduate student recruitment. You will work closely with the academic community and External Relations teams to ensure that our portfolio of undergraduate (UG), postgraduate taught (PGT), and postgraduate research (PGR) programmes remains competitive, relevant, and aligned with institutional strategy, market demand, and global education trends.

About You

We’re looking for a confident communicator and strategic thinker with:

• Proven experience in student recruitment marketing, ideally within higher education
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• The ability to build relationships and collaborate across academic and professional service teams
• A track record of developing impactful campaigns and driving engagement through multi-channel marketing strategies

This is a key role where you’ll help shape the student experience from first interaction through to enrolment, contributing to the continued success of a globally recognised institution.
