JOB DESCRIPTION

 

We are looking for an outstanding academic with a growing research profile, a love for, and expertise with, innovative teaching in the field of coaching. You will join one of the world’s most active and ambitious business schools, immersed in an environment that encourages academics to make the most of their careers.

 

You’ll have:

 

  • Experience teaching coaching post-graduate or comparable degrees (MBA or MSc). Teaching expertise in executive education programmes would also be beneficial.
  • Experience in a facilitative/collaborative teaching approach.
  • A demonstrated track record of outstanding achievements in research and teaching in the subject
  • Experience in academic leadership responsibilities like module convening.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport, create and sustain productive professional relationships.
  • Ability to operate alone while maintaining a strong commitment to teamwork.
  • Experience in research supervision, including MSc dissertations and PhD/DBA supervision.
