The Role

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will provide high-quality medical and surgical care while building lasting relationships with clients and patients. You will work closely with a friendly and experienced clinical team committed to maintaining exceptional standards of veterinary practice.

Working Schedule

• Permanent full-time position
  40 hours per week
  Participation in a 1 in 6 full weekend rota at Richmond 24hr Hospital
  Alternatively, 1 in 3 Saturdays at a nearby network clinic
  1–2 bank holidays annually
  Structured rota supporting work-life balance

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver outstanding patient care during consultations and surgical procedures
  Create personalised treatment and care plans for patients
  Maintain high clinical, operational, and regulatory standards
  Work collaboratively within a supportive veterinary environment
  Build trusted relationships with clients through excellent communication
  Contribute to clinical knowledge sharing and team development
