JOB SUMMARY

 

FULL Stack Developer

LCP Delta is aiming to facilitate the energy transition with a number of products. One of these services is the technological integration of large datasets to inform key decision makers about energy market trends and provide important insights. We’ve started building a range of solutions ranging from real-time trade analytics to tracking battery storage deployment across Europe. Our strategy focuses on deploying technology across all of our existing businesses, leveraging in-house data and capabilities, and maximising our effect on the energy transition.

Join our rapidly expanding team as a full-stack developer and contribute to its success. The role will entail creating new and existing applications with our custom-built framework. Because our solutions are unique and integrated, candidates must be skilled object-oriented programmers. The incumbent will work on all aspects of code, using a Vue.js / Typescript front-end and a C# back-end. SQL knowledge is useful, but not needed.

 

What are you going to be doing?

  • Helping develop new and manage existing client-facing applications.
  • Working with non-IT technical users to understand the requirements and commercial objectives
  • Identifying issues and offering quick solutions.
  • Be a capable, active, engaged, and eager member of the Development Team, working alongside our energetic full-stack developers and web team.
  • Stay current on advances and changes in the field of IT development, as well as the tools and techniques employed.

 

What qualifications, experience, and traits are we seeking for?

  • C# – good knowledge necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and CSS is necessary. (Typescript is preferred).
  • Reactive front-end framework requires strong understanding (preferred for Vue.js).
  • UI and UX experience is quite useful here.
  • Visual Studio
  • Microsoft Technical Stack
  • GitHub or Azure DevOps knowledge is preferred.
  • SQL knowledge is desirable.
  • Comfortable working as part of a team, enthusiastic about providing an outstanding customer experience, and eager to learn new skills on the job.
  • Good communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to convey technical issues in non-technical terms.
  • Educated to the degree level with either a numerical or computer-based degree, although other backgrounds will be considered.
  • You can present clear and logical thought processes and clearly convey instances of work.
