We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team at Neguinho Motors as a Motorcycle Technician. Salary: £30,000 – £36,234 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections, servicing, repairs, and testing of vehicles to manufacturer standards within the specified timeframes, ensuring a top-tier guest experience.
• Diagnose faults and interpret repair orders and technical information.
• Plan necessary work and order parts to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
• Perform servicing and repairs in line with manufacturer standards, utilizing time and resources effectively, while protecting vehicles.
• Communicate with the Workshop Supervisor/Controller on specialized tasks.
• Report vehicle faults and completed work accurately for service reception reference, detailing actions taken.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including the use of protective gear and equipment.
• Keep your work area, tools, and equipment clean and in good condition.
• Follow warranty procedures and clocking guidelines according to company standards.
• Return all exchanged parts to the Parts department.
• Assist in the recovery of defective or damaged vehicles as instructed by the Supervisor.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Saturday (09:00 to 18:00)

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance Qualification.
• Enthusiastic, respectful, and friendly approach to guests and colleagues.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• High level of integrity and drive to succeed.
