We are looking for a Global Cash Manager to lead the cash teams for our Press and Assessment divisions. The operational priorities will be to combine the supportive working methods of two freshly formed teams. Delivering innovation and strategic thinking that increases our efficiency and consistency.

As the company grows, this exciting new role will take the lead in driving change and developing uniform working practices. Key will also be assisting the business in providing a high-quality experience to its clients, meeting cashflow targets, and meeting operational requirements.

The Role

You will lead a professional and motivated team while mentoring and actively managing performance and development to achieve excellence.

You will push standardisation of working methods by identifying best practice efficiency, innovation, process, and policy ownership. You will provide operational support and reporting to the business while ensuring that audit, credit card, legal, and banking requirements are always followed.

With a focus on innovation and continual improvement in process, people, collaboration, reporting, and technology, you will handle high volume postings of multi-currency receipts across several systems, ensuring crucial posting deadlines are met.

About You

● You will be a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in a similar leadership role.

● You will have experience delivering change management in a quickly changing business, identifying significant risks and providing constructive, easy-to-understand solutions.

● You will be comfortable working in a multicurrency environment and will be familiar with key banking, audit, and regulatory laws, as well as experience creating useful data that informs the business.

● As an eloquent communicator and specialist in managing expectations clearly and honestly to the rest of the business, you will have demonstrated the ability to encourage and lead high-performing teams while also collaborating with others.

● You’ll have expertise working concurrently across a variety of systems, identifying solutions that increase efficiencies and ways of working.
