Salary: £42,000 to £56,800.

Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (2-3 days per week in Cambridge).

Contract: Permanent/Full-time (35 hours each week)

We collaborate with schools and governments in 160 countries to shape impact in early, primary, and secondary education. About the role

As Senior Brand Manager, you will be in charge of planning and implementing our brand campaign and content program to establish our brand globally and position us in a way that allows us to thrive in a competitive industry, promotes our schools, and enhances our reputation.

In this crucial role, you will work with colleagues from International Education to successfully deploy the brand. You will also lead our engagement with schools and customers to help them use their customer logos successfully, as well as collaborate with our Brand Protection team to ensure our brand is effectively managed and protected.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Oversee the creation of an annual programme of brand campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Lead the development and agreement of campaign briefs for each campaign, including audience, timescale, regions, channels, metrics, and budget.
  • Help colleagues and consumers successfully implement our brand.
  • Establish collaborative relationships and effective working methods with our regional marketing teams to guarantee that campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively on a global and regional scale.
  • Measure, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of each campaign, utilising what you’ve learnt to inform future advancements and plans.
  • Lead, manage, and support motivated, happy, and high-performing direct reports to ensure efficient delivery and development.

About You

You are a responsible, creative, and resilient team player who is enthusiastic about brand management and enjoys creating favourable brand perception.

You prioritise the consumer in everything you do and recognise the importance of understanding their requirements and concerns in order to create thoughtful and engaging brand content. In addition, you are insight-driven and competent at interpreting data to derive insight for customer-focused decision making.

You excel at building positive relationships at all levels of our business, promoting collaboration and cohesiveness.

Your strong communication abilities enable you to write and edit to a high standard, produce engaging and persuasive material, and deliver convincingly to both internal and external stakeholders.

In addition, you will provide practical experience in budget management, agency cooperation, and resource optimisation to create significant results. With proven experience working in an international context, you’ll use your brand-building skills to propel our purpose forward.
