JOB SUMMARY
- Grade UE09: £61,198 to £75,498 per year, pro-rata if part-time
- CAHSS / Moray House School of Education and Sport
- Full-time, 35 hours each week.
- Fixed-term: until 28/04/2028.
You will work across all of Childlight’s strategic pillars of activity, utilising Childlight data and research insights to discover ways to better protect children against CSEA. This could include, for example, catalysing policy and legislative reforms, utilising data to make the financial case for additional safeguarding resources, or bridging educational and skill gaps. You will be in charge of tracking and reporting on Childlight’s global impact.
This position is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are willing to accept part-time or flexible working arrangements. We are also willing to consider requests for hybrid working (non-contractual) that mixes remote (within the UK) and regular on-campus employment.
Your abilities and traits for success:
- Experience with translating activities into effect and outcomes.
- Experience with monitoring and assessment, preferably in the child protection system.
- Experience in the CSEA sector through law enforcement, technology, child protection, or anything similar.
- Experience collecting, evaluating, and presenting complicated material to a senior audience.
- Experience developing partnerships with a broad stakeholder environment.
- A desire to make the world a better place by preventing CSEA, enhancing services, and protecting children.
