Job Opportunity: Registered Mental Health Nurse – Community Mental Health Team
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our forward-thinking Community Mental Health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based psychosocial interventions to individuals facing mental health challenges, guiding them through their recovery journey. Our approach is centered on collaboration and a strengths-based ethos, and we are looking for a nurse who shares this philosophy.
As part of our team, you’ll be working within an innovative service that has redefined the traditional boundaries between primary and secondary care. We work closely with Service Users, the Voluntary Sector, and Community Enterprises to provide integrated, person-centered care that truly makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, comprehensive mental health care for individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions within the Community Mental Health Service.
Manage a defined caseload, focusing on individuals with complex needs, and provide support to their families and significant others.
Organize, run, and monitor clinics to ensure effective service delivery and patient care.
Maintain clear professional boundaries while receiving regular supervisory support to foster ongoing skill development.
Contribute to the clinical leadership of the team, providing supervision to colleagues as agreed with the Team Manager.
Participate actively in team development, service evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with a wide range of partners, including service users, colleagues, and external organizations, to ensure integrated care delivery.
Requirements
A full UK driving license, access to a personal vehicle, and appropriate business insurance.

Essential: RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse)
Essential: Current registration with the relevant professional body
Experience
Essential: Experience of working with individuals with mental health challenges or personal experience of mental health difficulties
Additional Criteria
Essential: Ability to travel within the Trust area to fulfill job requirements
