About the Role
UWE Bristol’s Estates department is seeking a dedicated BIM Coordinator to join our Design and BIM Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a large, dynamic organisation responsible for managing over 150 buildings across three campuses, including extensive external spaces and sports facilities.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that building information models and associated data remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with the needs of operations and maintenance teams. You’ll play a key role in supporting the University’s commitment to digital innovation and sustainability in the built environment.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain up-to-date master models and drawing sets across UWE systems
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to capture and refine data requirements
- Support the development and implementation of improved workflows and data management processes
- Contribute to the design and delivery of capital projects and maintenance initiatives
- Assist with setting roadmaps for BIM advancement and integration across Estates functions
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience working with Revit, including data input/output management
- Strong experience in BIM coordination, ideally in a facilities or estates management context
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and the ability to work independently when required
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
