Regarding the position…

A guest enters one of our hotels and is immediately immersed in a very remarkable experience. You will accomplish this by overseeing all parts of Front of House, ensuring that our guests have a one-of-a-kind and memorable experience. You’ll also create a welcoming atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any place, as well as ensuring their stay is enjoyable and successful.

Among other things, you’ll manage day-to-day personnel needs, organize and assign tasks, and set performance and growth goals for team members. Provide mentorship, coaching, and regular feedback to improve team member performance – initiate and complete any HR-related actions as needed. You’ll be aware of and set departmental goals, ensuring communication of them across the team so that everyone is working towards reaching or exceeding benchmarks such as Guest Satisfaction Scores.
