We are looking for a detail-oriented, aggressive, and highly skilled Hotel Maintenance Manager to manage the maintenance operations at Aloft Liverpool. The ideal candidate will maintain the hotel’s physical infrastructure and ensure all amenities meet safety, operational, and aesthetic standards.

A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Manager at Aloft Liverpool
What you will do…
Your working day, as reported to the Hotel Operations Manager, will likely involve the following.
– Manage all maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and structural systems, to maintain smooth hotel operations.
– Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for external maintenance work, ensuring timely project completion within budget.
– Ensure that all local health and safety requirements, including fire safety, are followed, and oversee regular safety inspections and audits.
– Keep accurate records of all maintenance, inspections, and repairs performed.
What We Need from You

- To succeed in the post of Maintenance Manager, you must possess the following attributes and talents.
- Experience with maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality industry or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness and functionality.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and basic building repair.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on operational requirements.
