A Day in the Life of a Night Manager at Aloft Liverpool

What you will do…

Your working day, as reported to the Front Office Manager, will likely involve the following.

  • Oversee hotel operations at night to ensure client happiness, safety, and security.
  • Conduct nightly audit procedures to balance daily transactions and create reports for management, verifying that billing and accounting procedures are correct.
  • Effectively supervise night crew and give training to provide high-quality client service.
  • Work with the Front Office Manager to manage employee performance.

 

What We Need from You

  • To succeed as a Night Manager, you will need the following attributes and talents.
  • Previous experience in hotel operations, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, including the ability to handle client enquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work freely and make decisions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Understanding of Opera and basic accounting principles.
