About the Role
- We’re not your typical catering team, and this isn’t your typical kitchen job.
- We’re searching for a Chef de Partie who shares our passion for delicious, thoughtfully prepared food to help create an outstanding campus dining experience.
- In this mid-level position, you’ll work alongside our Aspiring Chef team, supporting their development while honing your own skills and progressing your career.
- Our approach is guided by the 24 Principles of Menus of Change, focusing on nutrition and sustainability. As the first European member of the Menus of Change Universities Research Collaborative (MCURC)—a network of 70 universities dedicated to improving personal and planetary health—we combine innovation with purpose in everything we do.

About Our Kitchens
We operate three dynamic chef teams reporting to Head Chefs across our hotels, cafés, bars, event catering, and large dining halls. Team members rotate regularly to support professional growth and share knowledge.
What You’ll Need
Qualifications & Experience
- City and Guilds Level 2 in Hospitality and Catering (7132), or equivalent practical experience in diverse hospitality settings
Skills & Qualities
- Genuine enthusiasm for food and cooking
- Solid understanding of food preparation and ingredients
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Calm, positive approach under pressure
