Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and validation of exhaust systems for high-performance vehicles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including powertrain, thermal, NVH, and manufacturing engineering
Ensure systems meet performance, durability, emissions, and regulatory standards
Conduct detailed analysis and testing of exhaust components and assemblies
Manage supplier relationships and support sourcing decisions
Review and approve technical documentation and specifications
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven engineering experience, ideally focused on exhaust systems for high-performance or motorsport vehicles
Strong understanding of materials, thermal dynamics, acoustics, and emission technologies
Hands-on experience with CAD tools and simulation software
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
