About the Role

As part of our Business Agility team, we are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support our Technology and Online divisions. You will play a key role in shaping how teams work, adopting agile methodologies to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse team and organisational context (people, processes, products) to design tailored agile solutions
Identify challenges based on insights and align them with business priorities and the agility strategy
Design and implement effective change initiatives suited to the scope and scale of impact
Deliver workshops, training sessions, and coaching tailored to various audience levels
Coach leaders and teams to adopt an agile mindset and practices
Facilitate large group sessions to promote collaboration and innovation
Define and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of agile practices and make data-informed decisions
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on priorities and maximise initiative success
Continuously review and adapt agile methods to suit evolving business needs
What We’re Looking For
6+ years’ experience in Agile coaching or related roles
Demonstrated success in leading organisational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Ability to guide decisions using data and performance metrics
Skilled in conflict resolution, facilitation, and stakeholder management
Experience with tools such as Jira, Aha, Confluence, and Miro
Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean frameworks in both theory and practice
Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, ICAgile Agile Coaching, Team Facilitation, Kanban)
Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation and lead by example
Experience in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences for varied audiences
