Job Sumamry

This role contributes to the design and development of semiconductor products, solutions, and systems. It involves both creating new components and improving existing ones. You will be responsible for planning and executing tasks within established functional practices, with some autonomy in decision-making. While the role primarily focuses on execution, it may also involve problem-solving and providing technical input with guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic components, integrated circuits, and hardware systems.

Define design approaches, parameters, and specifications.

Conduct analysis and experimental testing to establish operating data and evaluate results.

Apply knowledge in areas such as Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, HMOS/MOS/CMOS, PLL, ADC, and DAC.

Build expertise in semiconductor engineering and use technical knowledge to support business goals.

Understand how your work integrates with wider team objectives and contributes to departmental outcomes.

Exercise judgment in solving problems, proposing solutions beyond standard procedures where appropriate (with guidance).

Collaborate across teams, sharing technical insights and supporting decision-making.

Act as an individual contributor with proven technical skills or an early-stage people leader with the ability to mentor, guide, or hire new talent.

Provide informal guidance to new team members.

Security Clearance
