About the Role

As a Project Leader within the Adults and Health Transformation Team, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful change to improve the lives of people across Leeds. You will lead and contribute to multiple transformation projects, working with partners across health and social care to enhance services, improve efficiency, and drive customer-focused outcomes.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Project Leader who:

  • Has experience leading or contributing to multiple projects while maintaining a focus on delivery and quality.
  • Can analyze operational needs, recommend improvements, and implement change effectively.
  • Has a track record of delivering customer-focused solutions within transformation projects.
  • Works well with multiple stakeholders across different teams, services, and departments.
  • Can effectively manage workloads and priorities to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Conduct service and process reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze and present business data to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Develop reports, briefings, and policy documents tailored to various audiences.
  • Support and manage project officers as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with national and local health and social care transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Council policies, equality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
