The organisation is an industry leader in manufacturing and is regarded as the number one supplier by businesses worldwide. They are currently searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to build on their existing success.

This is an interesting and varied work in which you will be hands-on, using your engineering skills to ensure the proper maintenance of site machinery, responding to breakdowns, and leading a small team of talented personnel.

This position is ideal for a Maintenance Supervisor with a mechanical background searching for an exciting work where you can continue to be a hands-on engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while leading a small team.

The role:

• Hands-on control of the maintenance staff (ten engineers).
• Overseeing the seamless operation of the maintenance department
• Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 16:00.
• 50,000 – 60,000 + Annual Bonus + Overtime + 8% Pension + 36 Days of Vacation + Company Benefits + Relocation Assistance and/or Sponsorship

The person

• Experience as a supervisor or in management
• Mechanically biassed Maintenance Engineer
• Manufacturing background.
