• Title: Specialist Chef de Partie – Latin American
• Employer: Luxury Latin American Restaurant • Location: London • Salary: £29,000+ per year • Working days/hours: 38 to 40 hours within a 5-6 day week • Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), employer’s workplace pension • Opportunities: Salary review, promotion, recognition, and reward for outstanding performance.

Preparation of difficult Latin American meals and specialities, as well as the training and supervision of younger chefs. Responsible for a variety of culinary operation activities associated with the job.

To be eligible for selection, you must meet the following minimal requirements:

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• Proficient in preparing authentic Latin American cuisine and speciality breads. • Must have previous experience meeting UKVI Skilled Worker standards for non-UK applicants.
• Resident within commutable distance of up to an hour.

Additionally, you should be:
