ACS International School Cobham is seeking a qualified High School Maths Teacher to start after the Spring break on 22nd April 2025.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in a relevant subject (or a Bachelor of Education).
• A valid teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE/PGDE/QTS/Teaching Licence).
• Experience teaching Maths at Middle and High School level is essential.
• A minimum of two years’ post-qualification teaching experience is preferred.
• Experience teaching AP and IB curricula is advantageous.
• Strong IT skills (e.g. Apple Teacher qualification).
• Ability to integrate technology to improve teaching and learning.
• A positive, tolerant outlook with enthusiasm for teaching and a strong understanding of student behaviour.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Experience in teaching in an international school is desirable.
• A commitment to excellence in education and an understanding of the ACS mission and values.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative approach to team working and a reflective mindset.
• A positive personality with the ability to balance support and challenge for students to thrive.
