Job Breif: Marketing Executive.
UMS International Ltd., situated in Leicester, is a well-established corporation that is constantly expanding to meet local demand. UMS International sells mobiles, electronic accessories, and mobile devices. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to help our developing team. The ideal applicant has extensive marketing expertise in the mobile or electronic business, as well as some sales experience. This will help us create revenue and build our business. This comprises developing ways to enhance lead generation, build a client database, and provide excellent customer service.
Duties and responsibilities
• Conduct extensive market research to identify industry trends, client demands, and rivals.
• Analyse market data, customer behaviour, and rival strategy to discover potential opportunities and risks.
• Establish defined marketing targets, KPIs, and budgets.
• Manage integrated marketing initiatives across many platforms (digital, social media, email, print, events).
• Create effective marketing material, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media updates.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and advertising.
• Demonstrate sales schemes and promotions to clients to improve sales.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and segmentation.
• Monitor promotion/offer progress and report performance to directors for proactive improvement measures.
Desired qualities and attributes.
• Possess a marketing or business administration degree and relevant marketing experience.
• Proven expertise as a marketing executive in the mobile and electronics sales and repair business.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive would be beneficial.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong understanding of market research approaches.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with marketing efforts.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning ideas and marketing best practices.
• Inventory, sales, delivery, and market awareness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, with appropriate experience in equivalent areas.
Sponsorship may be provided to the deserving candidate.
Salary: £30960 to £35000 based on experience.
