About the Role

As a Content Creator, you will play a key role in building engaging, interactive, and informative online courses across various subjects. Your work will directly impact learners by providing high-quality educational experiences that align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Course Development: Design comprehensive, structured online courses with video lectures, quizzes, and assignments.
✔ Research & Content Creation: Stay up to date with industry trends and learner needs to develop relevant course material.
✔ Scriptwriting: Write engaging, clear, and concise scripts for video lectures and tutorials.
✔ Multimedia Production: Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce visually appealing educational content.
✔ LMS Integration: Upload and manage course materials on Moodle, Teachable, Thinkific, or similar platforms.
✔ Quality Assurance: Ensure content is error-free, accessible, and instructionally effective.
✔ Learner Engagement: Develop interactive elements such as quizzes, discussions, and simulations.
✔ Feedback & Improvement: Analyze learner feedback and continuously refine course content for better engagement.
✔ Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and marketing teams to meet educational goals.
