Skilled Operator – Aircraft Parts Manufacturing (Military Programmes)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Skilled Operator to join our team, working across various roles focused on the manufacturing and assembly of aircraft parts for military programs. This role will involve a wide range of tasks, and we are looking for a flexible, team-oriented individual who thrives in a multi-disciplined environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow detailed manufacturing plans
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Track and meet daily manufacturing metrics
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and other improvement activities
• Support overall manufacturing delivery needs
• Collaborate with teams to meet delivery targets
• Complete all manufacturing paperwork and job cards accurately

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience in general electronics and mechanical assembly
• Ability to identify and recognize components
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and focus
• Ability to produce high-quality work consistently
• Dexterity and ability to work with small components
• A flexible, cooperative approach to team working
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in the workplace
• Experience with self-directed teams and collaboration
• Awareness of customer expectations and business requirements
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
