The Opportunity
This is a part-time position offering 20 hours per week within a purpose-built veterinary practice designed to help clinicians deliver high-quality care efficiently and confidently.
You will work alongside experienced veterinary nurses and skilled colleagues who actively support one another throughout consultations and surgical procedures. The practice has built a loyal client base and maintains an excellent local reputation for compassionate, professional veterinary services.
The role provides a rewarding mix of consultations and surgery, making it ideal for a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys both medical and surgical responsibilities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the clinical team, you will:
- Deliver outstanding veterinary care during consultations and surgical procedures
Create clear and tailored treatment plans for patients and clients
Maintain high clinical, ethical, and operational standards
Build strong relationships with pet owners through excellent communication
Work closely with nurses and colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day practice operations
Contribute to the development and sharing of clinical knowledge within the wider veterinary community

- Hold MRCVS qualification and registration
