About the Practice
We’re looking for a compassionate and committed Veterinary Surgeon to join a welcoming and well-established practice in Danbury. Recently refurbished and equipped with modern facilities, the clinic has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality patient care and excellent client service.
The practice is led by an experienced Branch Partner, offering clear clinical direction alongside a genuinely supportive environment. A notable feature of this role is exposure to a varied caseload, including exotic animals, with mentorship available for those keen to develop their expertise in this area.
Your Role
In this position, you’ll combine clinical expertise with a collaborative approach to care. You’ll be responsible for managing consultations, performing routine surgical procedures, and developing treatment plans tailored to each patient.
You’ll also play an active role within the team, contributing your knowledge, supporting colleagues, and maintaining high standards in line with UK veterinary and animal welfare regulations
Typical duties include:
- Providing high-quality medical and surgical care
Building strong relationships with clients through clear communication
Working closely with veterinary nurses and support staff
Ensuring compliance with professional and operational standards
Supporting continuous improvement in clinical practices

You’ll be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon registered to practise in the UK, with a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence. You enjoy working as part of a team, value continuous learning, and are motivated to make a meaningful impact in your practice.
