About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised individual to join the Trust as a Personal Assistant, providing dedicated support to Care Group Directors and the wider senior leadership team.
This is a fast-paced, office-based role where professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail are essential. You will be trusted with sensitive information and play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of senior-level operations.
Important: Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. This role is eligible for visa sponsorship.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will act as a central point of coordination for senior leaders, ensuring effective communication and organisation across the Care Group.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings for multiple senior stakeholders
Organising and preparing meeting agendas, documentation, and presentations
Taking accurate and professional minutes in formal meetings
Handling confidential information with discretion and in line with data protection standards
Producing reports, analysing data, and maintaining records using Microsoft Office tools (including Excel)
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and sensitive manner
Supporting the wider administrative team and ensuring continuity of service

Essential Requirements
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Business Administration, Leadership & Management, or equivalent experience
Willingness to work towards a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management
IT qualification (e.g. ECDL, NVQ, or equivalent experience)
Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE Maths and English or equivalent)
Experience
- Extensive experience in a senior administrative or PA role
Experience managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports
Experience implementing and maintaining administrative systems
Experience supervising or supporting staff
Experience working with data, including reporting and analysis
Experience contributing to service improvement initiatives
Knowledge & Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
