 Your Role & Responsibilities
As Head Veterinary Surgeon, you will:
Lead the clinical direction and day-to-day operations of the practice
Provide hands-on care across routine consultations and surgical cases
Support and mentor colleagues, encouraging professional growth
Maintain and improve clinical standards and protocols
Contribute to strategic decisions that shape the future of the practice
This role offers flexibility, with no out-of-hours work, no Sundays, and no on-call duties, allowing for a healthier balance between work and personal life.
