Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and validation of exhaust systems for high-performance vehicles

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, testing, and manufacturing

Ensure systems meet performance, emissions, and durability standards

Oversee prototype builds and support testing activities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team

Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure project alignment and timely delivery

Identify opportunities for innovation and cost optimisation in exhaust system design

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in exhaust system engineering, ideally within high-performance or motorsport vehicle programs

Strong technical knowledge of exhaust system components, materials, and manufacturing processes

Familiarity with CAD tools and simulation software

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Engineering degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Automotive, or related discipline
