We have a fantastic chance for you to join our Gilette business in Reading Plant Engineering and lead the delivery of aerosol-based projects.

The role:

As a Project Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on new initiatives and improve existing line processes. Along with project management, you’ll be responsible for system ownership and involvement in IWS (Integrated Work Systems) teams, which adds variety and interest to the work.

Specific responsibilities:

• From feasibility to completion, lead and oversee projects while adhering to project management principles and best practices (SOPs for Project Management, Stewardship, and Capital Management).
• Identify and manage project objectives, scope, and develop thorough project plans and timelines that are aligned with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expedite project execution and ensure smooth workflows.
• Manage and coordinate activities with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
• Incorporate environmentally friendly methods and considerations into project design and execution.
• Use purchasing solutions like COUPA to create purchase orders and invoices, as well as cost tracking, to help you manage your budget successfully.
