As a Store Manager at Niche Jewellers, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing retail operations, ensuring secure inventory management, and leading a high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in integrating the physical store with e-commerce operations and managing bespoke jewellery projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement TDI (Theft Deterrent Inventory) and secure storage procedures
• Maintain organised vault storage of merchandise daily
• Manage inventory: ordering, deliveries, and audits
• Oversee cash handling and banking procedures
• Recruit, train, and manage team members
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle client queries
• Support seamless integration with the e-commerce team
• Display and present high-value jewellery pieces
• Manage bespoke orders and oversee project timelines
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and health & safety
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff

Essential Requirements

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK (or qualify for visa sponsorship)
• Proven project management and team leadership skills
• Experience working with luxury or bespoke retail brands
• Familiarity with advanced equipment and premium retail standards
• Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
