About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Library Operations Project Manager to join our team at the University of Warwick. In this exciting role, you will help foster a project management culture across the Library team while supporting the transformation of our library services to better serve world-class learning, teaching, and research. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact as we work to enhance and modernize our services.

The successful candidate will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of projects, ensuring a high-quality service for students and library users. We are open to part-time or flexible working arrangements, even if the position is advertised as full-time, unless operational needs prevent us from accommodating this.

About You

You are an experienced project manager with a proven track record in organizing large projects or work areas. You possess excellent communication and influencing skills (both oral and written), with the ability to quickly establish strong professional relationships. Additionally, you will have a good understanding of health and safety practices and an interest in the sustainable development of services.
