Job Description

Primary Carers 24/7 is looking for passionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our community-based team. We are seeking individuals who genuinely care about making a positive impact on others’ lives and who take a person-centred approach to their work. Currently, we are hiring carers who hold a full UK driving licence, with sponsorship opportunities available for exceptional candidates.

In this role, you will provide vital support and care to individuals in their own homes, helping them to live securely and independently. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with meal preparation, administering medication, personal care, and helping clients maintain their personal hygiene.

Every day brings a new challenge, as we work together to help vulnerable individuals achieve the best quality of life. You’ll work closely with a small team and communicate effectively within the care circle to ensure the clients feel supported and protected.

We are currently recruiting for Part-Time and Full-Time positions in the following areas: Blackburn, Darwen, Rossendale, Accrington, Clitheroe, Colne, Nelson, Burnley, and Barnoldswick. Since this is a community-based role, a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Right to Work: Proof of your right to work in the UK is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Compliance: Must pass enhanced DBS checks and provide satisfactory references.

Pay: £11.50 – £18.75 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 40 hours per week
