Position: Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care)
Shifts Available: 37.5 hours per week – Various shifts between Monday and Sunday, from 7 am to 10 pm.
Sponsorship: Available exclusively for Tier 4 Student Visa holders who have completed their studies.

What You Will Do:
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while ensuring dignity and comfort.
- Support Daily Living: Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to help clients feel more connected.
- Wellbeing Checks: Conduct regular checks to ensure clients are safe, comfortable, and their needs are met.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow all company policies regarding client privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to team meetings and share ideas to enhance services and care processes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in Care: Prior experience is preferred, but a genuine passion for helping others is essential.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly, supportive approach and passion for assisting others.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and families, providing exceptional service.
- Collaborative: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support colleagues.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Diligence: Attention to detail in care tasks and wellbeing checks.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean, valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
- Work-Related Car Insurance: Must have or be willing to obtain work-related car insurance.
- Background Checks: Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
